Extensive site work was completed to raise the finished floor elevation above the 100-year flood zone. The property opened its doors for business in August 2021 and is currently in lease-up.

Scenic developed the Canopy Austin Downtown, located in the heart of the West 6th Street entertainment district. The hotel has 140 rooms, including five suites, an intimate guest lobby, and a relaxed, open-air courtyard sanctuary that connects to a full-service restaurant and bar. Amenities also include an elevated pool deck with excellent views of the street scene and downtown.
